Terms of service
Last updated: August 22, 2026. A plain-language summary of how we work together.
Scope of work
Each project begins with an agreed brief or a concept we pitch to you. The scope, number of deliverables, aspect ratios, and revision rounds are fixed at the package level you choose or as confirmed in writing before production starts.
Any request outside the agreed scope — additional videos, extra ratios, added revision rounds — is treated as an add-on and billed separately.
Payment terms
50% of the project total is due upfront to begin work. The remaining balance is due on delivery of the final cut.
Files are released only once the final payment has been received in full.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as listed on the pricing page. A revision round covers changes to pacing, color, music, or minor creative adjustments within the locked concept.
Revisions beyond the included rounds, or changes that depart from the locked concept, are billed at the extra revision rate.
Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines are counted from the point the brief is confirmed and all required assets (product images, brand guidelines, reference material) have been received.
Delays in providing assets or feedback will shift the delivery date accordingly.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing usable product images, relevant brand assets, and any legal rights needed for us to use them in your project.
Timely feedback keeps your project on schedule. Delayed responses may push delivery dates or, for rush projects, affect final quality.
Usage rights
You own the final delivered files in full once payment is complete, and may use them across any channel without further license fees.
We may display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
AI disclosure
Our films are produced using generative AI tools, directed and edited by our team. We are happy to discuss the specific process behind any project on request.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a project before production begins for a refund of any amount paid beyond work already completed.
Once production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed to your project.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction placeholder]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
